Subject: Three Little Birds + Licensing Expo + our product
Hey Mike!

I came across your Rose Parade float design from a few years back and honestly had to stop scrolling. Taking "Three Little Birds" from concept sketch all the way to a Mayor's Award-winning float is no small thing. That's the kind of creative execution that translates perfectly to what you're doing now with the Fallout capsule work.

The real reason for my outreach, however, is about Licensing Expo next week in Vegas. I imagine when you're building four distinct design capsules simultaneously (Posterama, Vintage Ad, Vault-Tec, Iconic Narrative) while production is still rolling and story details are locked down, you're basically developing style guides in a creative vacuum with impossible timelines.

Finding designers and illustrators who actually understand IP authenticity and can work under those confidentiality constraints without needing hand-holding is the challenge. That's where our product comes in. We connect you directly with vetted creators from our network of filmmakers, animators, and designers who've already worked on projects for NBCUniversal and LEGO, so they get the licensing world. Our team manages the entire production process, matching your capsule needs with creators who can deliver without the agency overhead.

While you've got great licensees and internal teams, when you're developing the foundational style guides that everyone else builds from, having access to more creative firepower that's already vetted makes those compressed timelines actually achievable.

My colleague Dominick Malone will be at Licensing Expo. Worth grabbing 20 minutes to connect in person?

Cheers!

Arielle

Subject: Denali Award + that 50/25 meeting hack + our product
Hey Ellen,

Congrats on the Denali Award! Your post about authentic, purposeful work really stood out. I also loved the takeaway you shared from Women of the Channel about shrinking Outlook meeting defaults to 50/25 minutes - that's one of those small changes that actually matters.

The real reason for my outreach however is that I suspect as you're supporting NA teams and channel partners through Lenovo's growth trajectory right now, a lot of people are running on empty. The meeting time hack helps, but when teams are constantly executing on major initiatives like the FIFA 2026 partnership build-out or enabling channel partners around new product launches, even those efficiencies get swallowed by relentless demand. And most wellness programs don't actually integrate with how people work in high-intensity environments like yours.

We work with HR leaders at companies going through rapid transformation who need teams to sustain performance without burning out. Instead of generic wellness programs, we teach people to manage and systematically renew their energy across four dimensions - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual - in ways that fit into their actual work. For example, we worked with a 40-person team at EY during busy season. They reported more energy and less burnout, and five months later when teams industrywide typically lose people to exhaustion, their retention stood at 97.5%.

While Lenovo likely has wellness programs already, those often focus on perks or one-time training people can't remember when they're in the middle of a partner crisis. Our frameworks are scientifically backed but simple enough that people actually use them under pressure.

If you're up for a conversation about this over the next couple weeks, I'd be glad to share more.

Cheers,
Gia

P.S. Love the focus on NAMentoringforAll - building that kind of purposeful culture while maintaining performance is exactly what this work supports.

Hey Nicole!

That Graf Juniper Gin label design that won "Best in Class" at the PAC Global Award was stunning. The intricate details really showcase what HP Indigo can do with variable printing. I've been following your work with personalized packaging and limited editions - the Suchard campaign with 6.8 million individually numbered chocolate bars was particularly impressive.

The specific reason for my outreach, however, is that I suspect you're constantly searching for fresh creative concepts to demonstrate HP Indigo's capabilities to brands and agencies. Finding diverse design talent that truly understands how to maximize HP Mosaic and HP Collage software must be challenging, especially when you need to showcase different applications across markets.

That's exactly what we do. We connect brands with a global network of 160,000+ independent creators, including designers who specialize in packaging innovation. Our dedicated project teams handle everything from creative development to final delivery, ensuring the content perfectly showcases printing technologies like HP Indigo.

While you may already work with creative agencies, our model gives you access to a much wider pool of specialized talent without the overhead of traditional agency relationships. We've helped brands like LEGO and Pokémon bring their creative visions to life across multiple formats.

Would you be open to a conversation about how we might collaborate on showcasing HP Indigo's capabilities through fresh creative approaches? I'm flexible with timing this week or next.

Hi Steven,

We have yet to be properly introduced, but I'm Gia, co-founder of Myuser. I came across Netlify's impressive partnership announcements and couldn't help but wonder about the behind-the-scenes magic making it all happen.

Your recent collaborations with Optimizely and LambdaTest caught my eye. Managing these partnerships while preparing for Compose 2024 must be keeping you on your toes!

The real reason for my outreach, however, is to discuss the challenges of scaling partnership efforts without proportionally increasing costs or complexity. I imagine with Netlify's rapid growth, this balance is becoming increasingly crucial.

At Myuser, we've developed an AI-powered system that automates partnership outreach, communication, and even initial negotiations - all personalized to each potential partner's needs. It's like having an army of SDRs working 24/7, but without the associated costs.

I know you might be skeptical about AI handling such nuanced communication, but we've seen companies in similar positions to Netlify reduce partnership acquisition costs by 60% while doubling their ecosystem growth rate.

If you're open to exploring how this could amplify your partnership efforts, especially with Compose 2024 on the horizon, I'd love to chat. How does your calendar look next week?

Subject: predictability before headcount
Hey Stuti,

You wrote something in January that stuck with me: "Building a team was never the hard part. Real success came from building predictability and scaling without dropping the ball on quality." That's usually the exact order teams get wrong when they're hiring fast, and Rippling is hiring fast.

You're standing up India Sales Development from scratch while the broader org keeps posting enablement and SDR roles. The hard version of that is training every new SDR to do prospect research well enough that prospects quote the pitch back, the standard you set at your old team. The easier version is a system that does the research per prospect, writes the outreach, and only escalates the humans when someone replies interested.

If it's useful, I can show you what that looks like against an India-market motion specifically. Worth a reply?

Cheers,

Tristan

Subject: the account-linking math behind your Feb move to Plaid
Hey Evan,

Congrats again on the Associate Account Executive seat at Plaid, your February announcement is a few months old now, I know, but it's the post that put you on my radar. The Imprint story Plaid ran just this week (Instant Auth adoption climbing from 37% to 66%, Database Auth cutting return rates on manually linked accounts by about a third) is exactly the kind of proof an enterprise AE gets to swing around in deals.

I run business development for a nearshore BPO out of Jamaica, and the piece of what we do that maps to your world is sales development: dedicated SDR teams trained on one client's product, with our AI platform reviewing 100% of their outreach conversations so the coaching and the messaging keep improving. For an enterprise team pushing a data-network story like Plaid's, that's pipeline coverage without adding seats you have to manage yourself.

Worth comparing notes on whether a dedicated SDR layer makes sense for your enterprise accounts? Happy to sketch what a Plaid-trained team would look like on reply.

PS, Saw you cohosted the "Flock Awards" back in your Tableau days, any enterprise team that lets its "goofy self" run an awards show is a team I want to work with.

Subject: AI Vision NYC + GTM scaling + Myuser
Hey Ash,

Saw you're speaking at AI Vision on March 11th alongside the Canva and Digital God folks. With Ben Horowitz at your recent SKO and the BDR hires (Brian and Francisco), it's clear you're scaling the GTM motion hard right now.

The real reason for my outreach however is that I noticed something interesting. You've built a serverless vector database that scales elastically without re-sharding, but your sales team still scales the old way - hire more BDRs, more SEs, more headcount for every incremental increase in pipeline.

Here's the thing: when you're adding BDRs to hit pipeline targets, each one needs to manually research prospects, write personalized outreach, handle responses, and book meetings. It's the opposite of your slab architecture - it's labor-intensive and doesn't auto-scale when you need to 3x conversations next quarter.

We built Myuser to work more like your serverless model. You set a daily budget, our AI researches prospects for 20 minutes each (reading full LinkedIn history, posts, company data), sends hyper-personalized emails, answers technical questions, and books qualified meetings. It scales instantly - no hiring, no training, no mailbox management.

While you're already building out your BDR team, this works alongside them. Your reps focus on high-value accounts and enterprise deals while AI handles the volume game - researching and reaching thousands of mid-market prospects your team doesn't have bandwidth for.

If you're up for a chat about this, I'd be glad to find time next week or the week after.

Cheers,
Jace

Hey Coralie!

Your journey from Salesloft to leading G2's account management in EMEA caught my attention. Having seen how sales execution platforms transform teams, I'm curious how you're applying those methodologies at G2 while navigating the shift to AI-first discovery.

The specific reason for my outreach, however, is about a challenge I suspect you're facing. With G2's expansion in EMEA and your focus on AI visibility, your account managers are likely struggling to maintain personalized outreach at scale while still having time for strategic account growth.

That's exactly what we're solving at Myuser. Our AI doesn't just send emails-it conducts 20-minute deep research on each prospect (reading their full LinkedIn history and posts), crafts hyper-personalized messages, and handles all follow-ups and meeting scheduling autonomously.

While you might be thinking this sounds like another sales engagement platform, we're fundamentally different. Unlike traditional tools that require setup and management, our system works like Facebook Ads for B2B-you set a budget, define targeting criteria, and the AI handles everything else.

Subject: MPE Berlin + stadium ID compliance + our product
Hey Michael!

Saw you were at MPE Berlin a few weeks back. Between the 5K run and all the payment innovation talks, I'm guessing you had your hands full. Hope the trip was productive.

The real reason for my outreach, however, is about something I suspect keeps your ops teams up at night across those MLB venues and the new Chicago Fire FC stadium coming in 2028. When you're powering concessions at two-thirds of Major League Baseball stadiums, every second of transaction time during the seventh-inning stretch directly impacts revenue. But here's the thing: while SkyTab handles the payment side beautifully, manual ID checks are still creating 15-second bottlenecks per transaction during peak surges.

Multiply that across ten concession stands during halftime, and you're looking at over 16 hours of cumulative fan waiting time in a single game. That's not just frustration, it's lost sales and compliance liability when undertrained seasonal staff are eyeballing IDs under pressure.

What we've built is a compact ID verifier that scans the 2D barcode on the back of any physical license and runs it through an AI engine trained on over 10 million authentic and fraudulent IDs. The verification drops from 15 seconds to under 5 seconds with audio and visual confirmation, catching sophisticated fakes that visual checks miss entirely. It's a plug-and-play device that works standalone or integrates directly with your existing SkyTab kiosks and POS workstations, and it's already mobile ID ready via NFC tap for Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and Samsung Wallet when your venues need it.

The compliance piece is handled through a cloud portal that logs every transaction without storing any PII, giving you auditable proof across your entire fleet while managing updates and configurations remotely over-the-air. While you've likely got training protocols in place for staff, this removes the judgment call entirely and creates a liability shield with automated digital records.

If you're up for a conversation about how this would work specifically with your stadium deployments, I'd be glad to find time that works with your schedule over the next few weeks.

Cheers!

Hey Stephen!

Just came across your children's book "The Tiny Adventurers: Journey to Microtopia" - what a brilliant way to make microorganisms accessible to kids. That scientific storytelling talent must serve you well in your new role at Medable.

The specific reason for my outreach, however, is about the challenge I suspect you're facing with participant recruitment for clinical trials. Having built data solutions across 70+ countries at AstraZeneca, you've likely seen how manual outreach to potential trial participants creates massive "white space" - consuming resources that could be directed toward actual research and therapy development.

That's precisely what we address at Myuser. Our AI conducts 20-minute deep research on each potential trial participant, reading their complete profiles and medical history before sending hyper-personalized outreach. While you already have impressive agentic AI capabilities in Medable Studio, our system specifically focuses on the participant acquisition side - handling everything from finding qualified candidates to answering their questions and scheduling screening appointments automatically.

Hey Kelly!

Your LinkedIn post about unlearning "corporate grooming" that leads to sterile writing really resonated with me. As someone who's fought against robotic corporate-speak for years, I found myself nodding along with every word.

The specific reason for my outreach, however, is that I suspect as the new VP of Marketing at Qumulo, you're facing the classic marketer's dilemma - how to maintain authentic communication while scaling outreach across your diverse use cases from healthcare imaging to media rendering.

Without the right tools, marketing teams end up sacrificing either personalization or scale. You're left choosing between authentic but limited reach, or broad but generic messaging that doesn't reflect the storytelling expertise you brought from Logitech.

Hey Gireesh,

I came across your work on RADA at TCS-India's first aviation robot with cognitive intelligence at Vistara's lounge. The balance between practical implementation and pushing technological boundaries really stood out, especially the "frugal innovation" approach your team took.

The real reason for my outreach, however, is about infrastructure scaling at AtoB. You're doubling annually, serving 30,000+ fleets with real-time payments and fraud detection across multiple regions. I suspect while you're building technical infrastructure that scales elastically, your customer acquisition infrastructure still scales linearly-each new market or customer segment means more SDRs, more training, more overhead.

That's where we come in. Our AI spends 20 minutes researching each prospect (reading full LinkedIn history, posts, company data-similar depth to cognitive computing you worked on with RADA), then sends hyper-personalized emails, handles all responses, and books qualified meetings. You set a daily budget like you would for infrastructure resources, and it scales instantly without hiring.

While you likely have a sales team handling partnerships and enterprise deals, this works alongside them for the long-tail fleet owners and managers that need volume outreach-without the linear cost scaling.

Would next week work to explore how this fits into AtoB's growth plans?

Cheers,

Henri

Subject: Outbound is not dead, it just stopped being manual
Hey Severine,

Your October 7 talk in Paris asks exactly the question we built a company around: "Comment continuer à générer du pipeline en 2026 ?" You already run Piper with your France BDR teams to capture high-intent inbound 24/7 and book straight onto a rep's calendar, so you know the answer isn't more humans doing research by hand.

We do the outbound half of that equation: an autonomous system that finds Enterprise and Mid Market prospects, reads their full LinkedIn history, writes each email individually, answers replies, and books the meeting, the sender only sees positive responses. Your FY26 numbers (125% vs quota, 50% growth in ACV, 12 BDR promotions) came from a team you built person by person; this is what it looks like when that motion scales without waiting on each new hire to ramp.

Full disclosure, since you'd spot it anyway: this email was researched and written by the very system I'm describing. If it held up to your standard, that's the pitch.

Worth comparing notes before your Paris talk? Reply and I'll send our one-pager.

Bonne chance pour le 7 octobre, le sujet est clairement le vôtre.

Hey Elena,

Your post from the Cyprus Diaspora Forum in May really stuck with me. The idea that growth is driven by people and movement, not just channels, feels especially relevant when you're building partnerships across CEE and Nordics for a platform with 40M users who actually care about learning.

The real reason for my outreach however is that I suspect as you're scaling marketing-led growth across those regions, you're running into the challenge of finding authentic educational partnerships that resonate with intellectually curious investors without feeling like traditional ads. When you're working with audiences who engage with content like the Loud Investing Challenge and Intelligence in Motion livestreams, generic sponsor integrations just get ignored.

That's exactly why we built our with Jonny Thomson. He's a former Oxford philosophy teacher and bestselling author who creates short-form videos, newsletters, and podcast conversations about decision-making, meaning, and technology that reach over 2M followers and average over 1M views per video. The content translates complex ideas into practical insights for professionals and lifelong learners, the exact audience eToro serves.

While eToro already creates strong educational content internally, partnering with established voices who've already built trust with intellectually engaged communities lets you participate in conversations your audience is actively choosing to consume, rather than interrupting them.

If you're open to a conversation about this over the next week or two, I'd be glad to walk through how it works.

Subject: the Rochester outbound build and FY27
Hey Jason,

I'll be straight about my sourcing: you haven't posted personally, but the trail your colleagues left is hard to miss, Bryan Degnan's team launching a new Outbound Growth team in Rochester, Client Account Executive hires in Schaumburg and Boise "to help us prepare for FY27," and Alison White recruiting "proven leaders in the HCM industry" for the Central Florida leadership expansion. That's a lot of new pipeline to feed at once.

The part I'd flag: every one of those hires will spend their first weeks doing the manual work, building lists, researching accounts, drafting first touches, before they ever get a meeting on the calendar. That's the exact gap we built Myuser to close: an autonomous outbound system that does the prospect research and first-contact writing itself, so new AE ramp time goes to closing, not to list-building.

If it's useful, I can show you how it would plug into a greenfield territory build like Rochester's, reply and I'll send over the short version.

Cheers,

Gabriella

Subject: Forbes AI search quote + Churchill Downs + Myuser
Hey Esther!

Saw your Forbes quote about showing up in AI-generated search answers and thought it was spot-on. Also noticed you were at Churchill Downs for OutreachLive - hope you got to try some proper bourbon while you were there.

The real reason for my outreach, however, is about filling the pipeline for REACH by RentCafe. I'm guessing that between running The Big Idea series, MC'ing YASC with 5,000 attendees, and integrating the LCP Media team in Chicago, you're also thinking about how to consistently get qualified property management companies interested in SEO and PPC services - especially ones who actually understand the ROI of search marketing in this AI search era.

Conferences like OutreachLive and NAA Apartmentalize are great, but scaling beyond that to reach property managers who aren't already in the Yardi ecosystem takes serious time. Our AI reads complete LinkedIn profiles and property portfolios for 20 minutes per prospect, then sends emails explaining specifically how REACH can improve their search visibility - not templates, actual research on their current marketing gaps. It handles responses, answers technical questions about AI search optimization, and books meetings. You set a budget and it works like running Facebook Ads, but for B2B agency client acquisition.

While REACH has incredible expertise in multifamily marketing, the challenge isn't service delivery - it's consistently finding property management companies ready to invest in search marketing without burning your team's time on manual outreach.

If you're up for a chat about this, I'd be glad to find time next week or whenever works on your end.

Subject: ATPS APAC + airline prospect research + Myuser
Hey Yang!

Your ATPS APAC talk on managing Asian airlines' card acceptance across Europe and North America caught my attention. Hope you had some decent coffee after finally getting back to London from Bali.

The real reason for my outreach however is that I suspect as you're expanding airline partnerships globally, your team is spending hours researching each airline executive before outreach. When you're selling payment solutions to VPs at carriers who get hammered with generic processor pitches, your reps need to reference specific things like their latest route expansion into North America, that dispute rate challenge they mentioned in their earnings call, or their NDC rollout timeline. But that level of research per airline prospect kills productivity, and without it, emails get ignored.

That's the exact problem we built Myuser to solve. Our AI spends 20 minutes researching each airline prospect by reading their full LinkedIn activity, recent posts about route networks, and company filings. Then it sends emails referencing those specific details, handles the technical back-and-forth about chargeback management or cross-border acceptance, and books qualified meetings. Your team gets CC'd only when someone's genuinely interested and ready to talk.

While you likely already use a sales engagement platform, those just automate sending the emails your reps write. Our AI does the research work your team would spend 3-4 hours per day doing, writes airline-specific emails for each carrier executive, and handles the full conversation.

If you're up for a quick chat about this sometime in the next week or two, I'd be glad to walk through exactly how it works.

Subject: Parametric triggers + collections compliance + our product
Hey Leigh,

Caught your appearance on the Global Captive Podcast talking about structuring pandemic coverage through captives. The way you described trigger-based payouts versus traditional indemnity claims got me thinking about a parallel challenge in the collections world.

The real reason for my outreach, however, is that I suspect when you're structuring these parametric products with clients, compliance documentation and interaction tracking becomes critical. Every trigger event needs to be defensible, every payout justified, every conversation documented in case of audit or dispute.

That's the exact problem our CEO Linsy Goodson solved in collections. She's a collections attorney who built our product around the idea that you can't manage compliance risk by sampling 1-3% of interactions. Our AI reviews 100% of collector conversations in real time, flagging compliance issues before they become regulatory problems. We've maintained a perfect compliance record for 17 years across 800+ agents in Jamaica handling US clients.

Chris Venturina, our CRO, will be at NAFES in Tampa next month meeting with finance leaders about compliance risk in collections operations. I know that's not your usual circuit, but if you're exploring how other industries handle interaction compliance at scale, or if you know finance leaders at Munich Re who'd benefit from the conversation, I'd be glad to connect you.

Running operations for the largest multifamily lender means you're processing thousands of rent rolls and T12s monthly. At that volume, even small inefficiencies in financial spreading add up to serious operational drag.

Hey Frank,

Saw you're speaking at the NBER conference on employment measurement innovations. That's a fascinating angle on how labor data intersects with economic research, especially given the Small Business Employment Watch work.

The real reason for my outreach however is the credit card processing services side of your business. My guess is that with 840,000 customers processing payments, your risk management team is constantly walking a tightrope between catching fraud and not disrupting legitimate transactions for small business owners who can't afford false declines.

The challenge at your scale isn't just detecting fraud, it's doing it without creating friction across hundreds of thousands of merchant relationships while integrating with legacy payroll and payment systems that have been built over 50 years. Most fraud tools only look at individual transactions, but when you're managing risk across that many entities, you need to understand the relationships between merchants, their agents, and transaction patterns.

That's specifically what we built. We use Graph Neural Networks to analyze entity relationships in real-time, not just flag suspicious transactions. Our Learning Loop continuously adapts as fraud patterns evolve, and our Global Anti-Fraud Network shares intelligence across payment processors like Nelnet, Boku, and Uniteller to catch schemes before they hit your portfolio.

If you're open to a conversation about this anytime in the next few weeks, I'd be glad to walk through how the technical architecture works.

Hey Sung Jun,

Congrats on Jefferies' role as Exclusive Financial Advisor on the Kiavi sale to Figure (your June 16 announcement), a $717 million deal that folds an AI-powered residential lending platform into a blockchain-native capital marketplace is exactly the kind of transaction that changes how the servicing side has to operate afterward.

That deal is why I'm writing. When ~$7 billion in annual volume moves onto tokenized rails, the collections and customer-engagement layer behind it gets scrutinized harder, not softer. We run nearshore collections and servicing support from Jamaica, English-speaking, attorney-led on compliance, with an AI platform that reviews 100% of customer interactions rather than the 1-3% sampling most shops rely on, so lenders modernizing their credit infrastructure don't inherit a QA gap on the back end.

Subject: Sunnyside + ecosystem partnerships + our product
Hey Eddie,

Saw your post about ecosystem-driven growth - it reminded me of something a friend from Sunnyside used to say: it's not just where you are, it's who sees you there. Queens teaches that early.

The real reason for my outreach however is about how A&M builds credibility in the media and entertainment space. When you're advising PE firms on music assets or working with entertainment portfolios, the firm needs to be recognized as a thought leader, not just an execution partner. You publish reports and thought leadership on topics like AI in media and value creation, but those mostly reach people already searching for A&M or in your existing network.

The challenge is sustained visibility with the senior executives at media companies and PE partners who aren't in your pipeline yet - in contexts where they're already paying deep attention and where association builds credibility.

That's what does. We produce long-form interviews with thinkers like Malcolm Gladwell, Brian Cox, and Sam Harris that average 20 minutes of watch time. The audience is 72% earning over $100k and twice as likely to be senior executives. Brand partners get integrated across the interviews through host reads and credits, newsletters, and social - so A&M's name appears alongside those intellectual voices in front of exactly the decision-makers you need to reach.

While you likely already invest in content marketing and conference speaking, those require you to create and distribute every time. This places your brand where 21M+ people per month already spend 20+ minutes of their attention, not just seconds scrolling.

Would you be open to a conversation about this in the next few weeks?

Cheers!

Eli

Subject: WMP forums + ANA judging + our product
Hey Libra,

Saw you're judging the ANA Multicultural Excellence Awards this year and continuing to build out the WMP community with Christine Moore. That "One Smart Hour a Month" concept is smart, especially with how you're framing procurement's shift from rate negotiation to strategic operator.

The real reason for my outreach however is about how you position your expertise when you're hosting those WMP sessions or advising retail and luxury clients on marketing transformation. I suspect that when you're in the room with CMOs or leading those AdForum Summit conversations, you're competing on credibility and intellectual authority, not just procurement mechanics. But building that association with serious strategic thinking takes the right platforms.

That's where comes in. We produce long-form interviews with thinkers like Malcolm Gladwell, Neil deGrasse Tyson, and Brian Cox that reach 21M+ monthly viewers who actually watch (average 20:05 per video, not scroll past). Our audience skews heavily toward the executives you're trying to reach: 72% earn over $100k, twice as likely to be senior executives, and 70% college educated. For consulting firms building thought leadership around transformation, sponsorship integrates your brand across YouTube, newsletters, and our evergreen video library.

While you're already creating content through your own channels, our format gives you repeated exposure to an audience that's primed for strategic conversations and watches deeply, not just engages superficially.

If you're open to exploring this over the next few weeks, I'd be glad to walk through how it works.

Hey Tatiana,

Your NRF posts about retail media and AI transformation caught my attention. Given your work advising retail clients on C-suite composition, I suspect you're seeing the same pattern we are: boards struggling to find operational leaders who can execute on both traditional merchandising and the new $300B retail media opportunity simultaneously.

The real challenge isn't strategy, it's execution capacity. Your clients' procurement and merchandising teams are buried in tactical work when they should be driving the retail media transformation you wrote about.

That's where our AI Employees come in. Natalie and Ben autonomously handle direct and indirect procurement execution, connecting to both market data and internal systems, freeing up 80% of team time for strategic work. They operate through existing workflows like Slack and Teams with full audit trails and enterprise security.

Hi Michelle,

Supporting the Chairman, CEO, COO, and CFO at once must keep you juggling a lot. I imagine when one asks about modernization progress or why a cloud project is behind, you're coordinating between IT, developers, and system owners just to get them an answer.

The real reason for my outreach however is that I suspect this happens more than it should. When executives want to know which applications are causing production issues, what's blocking cloud migration, or where technical debt is costliest, you're chasing fragmented reports from different teams. With insurance running on legacy mainframes and modern systems, unified answers are nearly impossible to find quickly.

That's what our product handles. We analyze your software portfolio semantically across 450+ technologies and generate one dashboard showing where technical debt exists, which applications are cloud-ready, security risks, and actual effort to fix them. Your executives get instant answers from one source instead of waiting days for IT to compile reports.

While this might sound complex to implement, our product plugs into your existing repositories like GitHub or Azure DevOps and delivers insights within weeks.

If you're open to a brief chat about this over the next couple weeks, I'd be glad to walk through it.

Hey Chris,

I noticed your interest in the Cause Conference posts - their work blending purpose-driven business with practical impact is refreshing. The San Diego conscious capitalism community seems to be growing stronger each year.

The specific reason for my outreach, however, relates to your role as a Real Estate Manager. I imagine many of your commercial real estate clients struggle with extracting critical information from complex lease documents, potentially missing important dates or misinterpreting financial obligations that impact their financing needs.

At Vorniks, we help real estate professionals by handling the tedious work of lease abstraction across all major platforms (Yardi, MRI, JDE). Our team extracts over 20 key lease components including renewal options, rent streams, and specialized clauses that directly impact your clients' financial planning.

While your clients might have staff attempting to manage this internally, our dedicated team of specialists provides the accuracy and consistency that in-house teams often struggle to maintain, without requiring any long-term commitments.

Hey Scott,

Noticed the upcoming First Chatham Bank integration - that's going to add quite a stack of commercial property valuations to your plate. Having worked with several banks during mergers, I've seen how these transitions can double the workload for appraisal teams overnight.

The real reason for my outreach is about those late nights I imagine you're spending manually extracting data from rent rolls and operating statements for commercial property valuations. With First Chatham's portfolio coming in, that manual work is about to multiply.

At Quiznac, we've built specialized AI that reads commercial property documents like a seasoned appraiser would. Our system uses Google Vision OCR to handle even scanned PDFs, automatically organizing financial data into your preferred valuation models.

Hi Gwenaelle,

I saw you completed that generative AI course last October, then in May you commented on the Claims Copilot rollout saying AI isn't a distant concept at Aon. That practical focus caught my attention.

The real reason for my outreach however is that as you scale Claims Copilot and Broker Copilot to 1,800 professionals across 50+ countries, you're likely hitting what every insurance CIO faces: understanding what's actually inside the applications your AI tools connect to. Managing Western Europe's portfolio plus recent acquisitions means you need to know how your AI interacts with existing data structures and legacy dependencies, but mapping that manually across your portfolio is nearly impossible.

our product semantically analyzes source code to generate interactive architectural maps of your applications - showing code objects, data flows, and dependencies across 450+ technologies. For your Claims Copilot deployment, this means seeing exactly where AI touches your data layer and where structural flaws might affect security before you scale further. IBM Consulting used this to modernize a 40-year-old mainframe by grounding their AI in deterministic architectural context instead of spending months on manual discovery.

While you likely have documentation, it doesn't give you the real-time, structural view of how AI changes affect your existing codebase that you need to scale confidently across regions.

Would you be open to a conversation about this sometime in the next week or two?

Cheers,

Leah

Hi Gwenaelle,

In conversations with IT leaders across banking and insurance, one theme keeps surfacing: the sheer complexity of legacy application portfolios makes modernization feel like navigating a maze blindfolded.

Teams know they need to migrate to the cloud, manage mounting technical debt, and ensure compliance - but without a clear picture of what's inside their applications, every decision feels like a gamble.

That's exactly what our product Software solves. Think of it as an MRI for your software. We semantically analyze your source code to map out every dependency, structural flaw, and risk area across your portfolio - giving your architects and executives the visibility they need to prioritize remediation, accelerate cloud migration, and govern software risk with confidence.

We support over 150 technologies and have helped major enterprises in financial services get a deterministic, fact-based view of their software health.

Hey Marc!

Congrats on making the Forbes World's Most Influential CMOs list. That Cannes Lions Bronze for the Orlando Baby moment was brilliant.

The real reason for my outreach however is that as you're scaling yacht experiences, private jet itineraries, and the One of One series with Art Basel, I suspect you're running into the same challenge every luxury brand faces: creating enough high-quality video content to match the premium positioning without the traditional agency timeline killing momentum.

When you're launching Danieli Venice, documenting yacht suite experiences, capturing White Lotus activations across 30 properties, and showcasing private jet journeys that include Antarctica, you need filmmakers who understand luxury storytelling in each market. But coordinating agencies across 175+ countries while maintaining brand consistency is brutal.

That's what we built our product to solve. We connect you with 160,000+ vetted filmmakers and designers across every market you operate in, with dedicated teams managing everything from creative development to final delivery. The specific reason for my outreach, however, is that I noticed you're managing communications across multiple award-winning properties in the Inclusive Collection. I imagine coordinating content creation for properties like Secrets Akumal (congrats on the #1 TripAdvisor ranking!) while launching new locations like Secrets St. Lucia creates a constant challenge of finding specialized creators who truly understand luxury hospitality.

Hey Emily,

Your Audicted episode breaking down thriller vs. mystery and sci-fi vs. fantasy was genuinely useful. That kind of genre education really does reduce friction for listeners trying to figure out what to explore next.

The real reason for my outreach however is that I suspect as you're commissioning Originals and curating those seasonal best-listens lists, you're constantly thinking about how to reach listeners during their active learning and discovery moments, not just when they're already in the Audible app. When someone's exploring philosophy content about decision-making, attention economy (loved your Chris Hayes conversation on The Sirens' Call), or human behavior across YouTube or newsletters, capturing that audience at the moment they're intellectually engaged is tough.

He hosts weekly conversations with thinkers like Ryan Holiday, Rutger Bregman, and Ian McEwan, delivers essays to 60K+ newsletter readers, and produces short-form philosophy videos three to five times per week on topics like meaning, work, technology, and the exact attention-economy themes you explored with Hayes.

While Audible already produces incredible Originals and Audicted does great genre work, this reaches audiences during their active philosophy and self-improvement consumption, when they're choosing to engage with ideas rather than scrolling passively. We're looking at sponsorship partners for podcast, video, and newsletter integrations that feel natural to that learning mindset.

If you're up for a chat about this over the next week or two, I'd be glad to walk through how it maps to Audible's editorial calendar and discovery goals.

Cheers!
Leo

P.S. That attention-as-scarce-resource angle from your Hayes conversation really resonated. Philosophy content is one of the few places people actively choose to spend that attention.

Subject: UK Adult titles + publicity reach + our product
Hey Mary,

Saw you're bringing on a Sales Manager for UK Adult titles and a Contract Publicist. With HarperCollins managing launches across Biography, Business, History, Psychology, and everything in between, that's a lot of authors competing for the same attention.

The real reason for my outreach, however, is about something I suspect comes up in your planning meetings often. When you're spreading marketing budget across podcast tours, paid social, and newsletter buys, the hardest question isn't getting impressions. It's reaching readers who don't just scroll past the title but actually finish the book and buy the next one. Especially for strong mid-list titles where you can't allocate the full promotional machine.

That's specifically what we solve. Our 10M+ monthly readers aren't casually browsing. They watch content for an average of 11:45 (about 3x YouTube's platform average) because they're actively seeking the next idea that shifts how they think. 70% are college educated, 72% earn over $100K, and they're the deeply reflective type who finish nonfiction books. When Anne-Laure Le Cunff promoted Tiny Experiments with us, she sold 30,000 copies in the first month and said our interview was "the highest driver of sales out of everything I did to promote the book."

While you already run author events and work with traditional publicity, where we differ is audience intent. One interview or book excerpt gets distributed across our website, newsletters to 500K+ subscribers, YouTube, social, and Substack - giving you multi-platform reach from one asset that keeps working long after launch week.

If you're open to discussing which titles might map to our editorial calendar, I'd be glad to find time over the next couple weeks whenever works for you.

Cheers!

Mitch

P.S. Our June issue on digital minimalism and December's "What Makes Money?" would fit naturally with titles across your business and psychology lists.

Subject: Children's + Adult divisions + author launch reach + our product
Hey Grace,

Saw you're now overseeing advertising for both Children's and Adult at Simon & Schuster. That's a serious expansion, especially managing paid social and retail media across that many imprints simultaneously. I imagine the Amazon Ads budget alone gets complicated when you're running campaigns for everything from picture books to literary fiction.

The real reason for my outreach, however, is that I suspect you're constantly hunting for audiences who don't just scroll past book ads but actually finish nonfiction and buy what they read. With your data-driven approach, you know retail media and paid social get expensive fast, and attribution is messy in publishing.

That's exactly why we built our Book Tour packages. Our audience watches 11:45 per video on average (about 3x the YouTube norm), 70% are college educated, and 72% have household income over $100K. These aren't scrollers, they're the readers who actually complete books. When Anne-Laure Le Cunff launched Tiny Experiments with us, she sold 30,000 copies in the first month and said our interview was her highest sales driver.

While you're already running strong retail media and paid social campaigns, we're a different intent environment. People come to us specifically to engage with authors and ideas, not to shop. We turn one 90-minute author interview into 9 assets across YouTube, newsletters, and social, so you're not managing another complex channel.

Would next week work to walk through how this could fit into your Q3 or Q4 launch calendar for either division?

Cheers!

Subject: Barnes Foundation + philosophy of craftsmanship + Mini Philosophy
Hey Thomas,

Came across your Barnes Foundation High Artistry event and the way you tied that venue's focus on art and healing to the Meisterstück unveiling felt really intentional. The connection between craftsmanship as art and space as curator made sense in a way most luxury events miss.

The real reason for my outreach however is that when you're running campaigns around the Meisterstück centenary, NYPL writing partnerships, and calligraphy workshops, you're selling more than pens. You're asking people to care about why writing as a ritual matters, why craftsmanship is meaningful, and why the tools we use shape how we think. But most sponsorship channels either reach audiences who don't think that way, or they're too small to move the needle.

That's the specific space our Mini Philosophy with Jonny Thomson lives in. Jonny (former Oxford philosophy teacher, bestselling author) creates philosophy content on [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/philosophyminis/?hl=en), YouTube, newsletter, and podcast that reaches 2M+ followers and 60K+ newsletter readers who actively choose to think about meaning, decision-making, human behavior, and craft. When he explores ideas like the philosophy of ritual or why objects carry meaning, that audience doesn't just scroll past because they're there specifically for those conversations.

While you already have strong editorial partnerships and cultural sponsorships, those are moments in time. This would be joining an ongoing conversation with people already thinking about why craftsmanship matters.

Would you be open to a chat about this over the next week or two?

Cheers!

Subject: Homo Faber animal kingdom pieces + philosophy content + our product
Hey Mellisa,

I noticed you shared the Métiers d'Art Tribute to the Animal Kingdom from Homo Faber back on Sept 3rd. Those six craft disciplines translated to watch dials (the gold embroidery, micro-origami) are such a thoughtful execution of the One of Not Many programme.

The real reason for my outreach however is that when you're running omnichannel campaigns around events like Homo Faber and coordinating artist collaborations across Seoul, Shenzhen, and Miami flagships, you need media partners who can authentically communicate the philosophy behind craft to intellectually curious audiences beyond the exhibition itself. But most sponsorship opportunities feel transactional or don't genuinely understand the artisan mindset behind something like a hand-engraved Calibre 2755.

That's exactly what our Mini Philosophy with Jonny Thomson does differently. Jonny (former Oxford philosophy teacher, bestselling author) creates weekly content for over 2 million followers about meaning, decision-making, and human creativity through short-form videos, podcast conversations with leading thinkers, and newsletters reaching 60K+ readers. We build sponsorship integrations around themes like the philosophy of time, artisan mindset, or meaning in craft that feel additive rather than interruptive.

While you already have museum partnerships for exhibitions like the Louvre collaboration, reaches ongoing conversations with people who value the philosophy behind making beautiful things.

If you're open to exploring this sometime over the next few weeks, I'd be glad to walk through how it works.

Hey Bridgetta,

I noticed you were at Radiance 2023 making connections and gathering insights. Small world - our CRO Chris Venturina will be at this year's Radiance in Dallas next week.

The real reason for my outreach, however, is around something I suspect you're dealing with in your new role. When you're designing and implementing processes across an organization as complex as Cox Automotive, with twelve different brands and operations spanning everything from Manheim auctions to Dealertrack to VinSolutions, you need support functions that can scale without creating quality bottlenecks or compliance headaches. Traditional approaches either blow up your cost structure or create inconsistent customer experiences across touchpoints.

We work with finance teams to redesign their CX and collections operations using nearshore teams in Jamaica paired with AI that reviews 100% of customer interactions in real time, not the typical 1-3% sampling. Our system provides agents instant access to the right information during conversations and flags compliance issues before they become audit problems. Linsy Goodson, our CEO, is a collections attorney, which is why we've maintained a perfect compliance record for 17 years while operating at a fraction of traditional costs.

Chris will be at Radiance Feb 23-25. Would you be open to grabbing 15 minutes at the conference to compare notes on scaling operations without sacrificing quality?

Subject: John Calhoun's Devil Dogs post + phased rollout creative + our product
Hey Erica,

Loved your share of John Calhoun's post about the Salty Caramel and Mochaccino Devil Dogs. "Caramel fans, this one's for you" nailed it.

The real reason for my outreach however is phased flavor launches like the Mochaccino rollout. When a product is "not everywhere" yet, you probably need tons of content fast - regional social posts for markets where it's live versus coming soon, in-store materials for early retailers, authentic videos that get people hunting locally. But coordinating different freelancers or agencies for each regional piece while keeping Drake's voice consistent across it all can eat up weeks of your launch timeline.

That's what our product handles. We connect you with creators (filmmakers, animators, designers) through one platform with a dedicated team managing everything. Instead of juggling multiple vendors per launch, you brief us once and our team matches each content type with specialized creators and delivers it all on brand and on schedule.

While you likely work with agencies for major campaigns, our creator network moves faster and costs less for ongoing product launches because we match each piece with specialists rather than routing everything through agency overhead and markup.

If you're up for a chat about this in the next week or two, I'd be glad to walk through how it works for phased rollouts.

Subject: Bicester pop-up + apprentice evening + our product
Hey Andrea,

Saw the Benemart pop-up opened at Bicester Village - that 8-week activation with those savings must have created quite the staffing push. I also noticed your apprenticeship open evening back in May, which looked like a great turnout for Level 3 candidates.

The real reason for my outreach however is that I suspect when you're hiring for pop-up activations like Benemart and scaling apprenticeship cohorts, your current screening process might be adding days or even a week to your hiring timeline. With retail beauty candidates often juggling multiple offers, that lag time means losing people to competitors who move faster. Plus, when candidates hit complex screening forms or long waits, they drop off entirely.

That's where retail companies like Hibbett Sports have started using SmartScreen for instant criminal background screening without compromising quality. SmartScreen is powered by Equifax's proprietary networks and delivers FCRA-governed consumer reports in seconds by checking incarceration and sex offender registries across 1,900+ jails, 30+ prisons, and 50+ registries. Instead of manual county searches with unpredictable state surcharges that blow up your budget, you get instant no records found results with flat-rate pricing.

While you likely already have a background screening vendor, most still require manual searches that take 3 to 5 days and hit you with surprise state fees. SmartScreen confirms the absence of records instantly and integrates directly into your ATS, so your team can move from screening request to hiring decision in hours instead of days.

We're offering a three-month complimentary background screening program so you can test SmartScreen with your next hiring wave, and that includes all surcharges at no cost during the pilot period.

If you're up for a chat about this sometime over the next couple weeks, I'd be glad to walk through exactly how it works for retail hiring spikes.

Subject: VaynerSports MMA days + partnership ROI + our product
Hey Christopher,

Your work building out the MMA division at VaynerSports with Stipe, Tony, and Weidman caught my attention. That's a tough space to prove sponsorship value when most brands just want logo slaps and call it a day.

The real reason for my outreach, however, is that I suspect you're facing a similar challenge at AEW. With Forbidden Door coming up at SAP Center and major events throughout the year, you're likely pitching corporate partners who want more than passive jersey logos and arena signage. They want measurable engagement and proof their spend is actually connecting with fans, not just generating impressions that disappear after the broadcast ends.

That's exactly what we've built. We're helping brands tap into 15B+ impressions, 25M+ video views annually, and 34M+ hours watched through our esports teams. That's already driven $5M+ in social media value and $16M+ in jersey exposure, with 2,500+ live broadcast appearances and around 8 seconds average on-screen visibility per placement. We activate across 50+ global tournaments annually, with peak events hitting 1.5M+ concurrent viewers.

Most sponsorships waste spend on passive exposure. We turn that into millions of additional impressions and real engagement without increasing budget, while showing exactly where current spend is underperforming. If reaching a global Gen Z audience (50% LATAM, 30% Europe, 15% North America) matters for AEW's partnership strategy, this is worth a quick look.

Open to 15 minutes sometime this week or next?

Hey Sabina,

Your February line about writing TED's Spark newsletter stuck with me: "writing this newsletter for our LinkedIn community is one of the hardest and most rewarding parts of my role." That tension, hardest and most rewarding in the same breath, is exactly the space where Jonny Thomson lives. His Mini Philosophy with our product turns decision-making, meaning, and human behavior into short-form video and weekly essays for an audience that chooses to think, which sounds a lot like the people you spent 2026 gathering in Vancouver.

With TED2026 closing what you called "a beautiful era in Vancouver," the acquisition side of your world is presumably asking what new audience surfaces open up. Mini Philosophy reaches 2M+ followers and 60K+ newsletter readers who opt into ideas rather than scroll past them, and sponsors integrate into that choice rather than interrupt it. Given that you co-hosted "The Future of Ideas: How Marketing Shapes Human Connection," I suspect you'd have sharp questions about how a philosophy property could complement TED's own ecosystem rather than compete with it.

If you're up for a chat about this and to hear more, I'd be happy to send an invite along accordingly.

Subject: FEELS festival + that Vice feature + artist content + our product
Hey Jesse,

Came across the Vice piece on FEELS and your work co-founding that Oakland micro-festival. The fact that they called it one of the most anticipated recurring parties says a lot about how you approach curation and cultural authenticity.

The real reason for my outreach however is that I imagine when you're overseeing culture marketing across something like Red Bull Banda Choque, athlete campaigns with Arch Manning and Eileen Gu, and dance events like Red Bull Dance Your Style, each one needs content that actually feels native to that specific scene. Not just polished, but culturally credible. Traditional agencies might give you production value but often miss the nuance someone with your ethnomusicology background would catch immediately. And managing different freelancers across Latin music culture, extreme sports, and dance communities creates production overhead that pulls you away from the actual creative direction.

That's the exact problem we built our product to solve. We connect you with creators who are embedded in those specific cultural worlds, filmmakers who understand regional music scenes, directors who live and breathe extreme sports culture. We handle all the production management, vetting, and delivery, so you get content that feels authentic to each scene without the complexity of coordinating multiple independent creators or the cultural disconnect of traditional agencies.

While you probably already work with production partners, where we're different is our creator network across 175+ countries includes people who are actually part of these cultural communities, not just hired to document them.

If you're up for a conversation about this sometime in the next couple weeks, I'd be glad to walk through how it works.

Subject: NASCAR growth + Bellagio activation + our product
Hey AJ!

Caught your comment on the EssentiallySports podcast about NASCAR being a growing opportunity for sportsbooks. That take was spot-on, and the Bellagio Court of Legends activation you ran looked incredible.

The real reason for my outreach however is that I suspect as you're scaling brand partnerships beyond the traditional league deals, you're looking for premium environments where you can reach affluent sports bettors in a contextually relevant moment. The challenge is most sports media is saturated with competitor noise, and you need your message hitting when someone is actually thinking about placing a bet, not passively watching TV at home.

That's exactly the environment we've built with our product Golf. Picture this: four guys on the first tee box, golf cart screens showing live NBA playoff scores, football highlights, and hockey updates. They're checking yardage, glancing at scores, and talking about which games they've bet on that night. Then they see your app promoted right there, in that exact moment when sports and betting are top of mind. We reach this audience over 30 times during their 4.5 hour round across 12,000 screens at 160+ courses nationwide.

The golf demo is perfectly aligned for sports betting. Eighty percent of male golfers 18 and up gamble when they play, 87% of CEOs gamble at golf, and 90% are multi-sport athletes with an average household income over $100k annually. It's a 70% male audience actively playing a sport while consuming live sports content on our screens.

While you've built strong partnerships with leagues like NASCAR and MLB, those reach passive viewers in crowded environments. Our golf inventory puts you in front of an engaged, affluent audience during a 4.5 hour experience when they're literally talking about the games they plan to bet on.

If you're open to exploring this, I'd be glad to walk through the inventory and measurement approach sometime in the next week or two.

Cheers!

Subject: Crocker Park success + retail expansion challenges + Frisny
Hey James,

That Crocker Park deal looked fantastic - caught your LinkedIn post about it being your first executed project at LEGO. Must feel great seeing those exclusive LEGO builds come to life in a space you helped secure!

I noticed POP MART's impressive global expansion lately - especially that Dallas Galleria location and the Barcelona store launch. Having worked with retailers during rapid expansion phases, I've seen how quickly lease documentation can pile up.

The real reason for my outreach, however, is that I suspect with POP MART's international growth (375% revenue increase in international markets is no small feat), your team might be drowning in lease paperwork across different markets and languages.

When retailers expand at this pace, internal teams often struggle to extract and organize critical lease information consistently - missing renewal dates, special clauses, or CAM details that impact the bottom line.

At Frisny, we handle exactly this challenge for expanding retailers. Our team extracts and organizes all critical lease data directly into your preferred system (Yardi, MRI, or others). Unlike bringing on full-time staff, we scale with your needs with no monthly minimums.

Would you be open to a conversation about how we're helping other retailers manage their lease documentation during expansion phases?

Hey Donald!

Launching Skin AI in front of 17,000 people in Budapest and then seeing it hit the earnings call must have been a wild ride. That kind of board-level visibility for an AI innovation doesn't happen often.

The real reason for my outreach, however, is that as you're gearing up for Skin AI's global rollout in 2026, I suspect your procurement team is about to get slammed. Sourcing AI infrastructure, API services, cloud computing, and data partnerships across 60+ markets means your team will spend most of their time on tactical bidding and supplier coordination instead of the strategic partnerships that actually move the needle on your OKRs.

That's where our product comes in. We've built AI employees (Natalie handles strategic procurement and negotiations, Ben manages tactical execution) that work inside your existing workflows like Slack or Teams. They connect to external market data and your internal systems to autonomously handle procurement tasks while your team maintains oversight. The result is your procurement team gets 80% of their time back to focus on strategic AI partnerships, cycle times drop by 3-5x, and execution costs get cut by 6:1.

Are you planning to be at Shoptalk Spring next week? Our CEO Michael Gabay and Michael Westman will be at Mandalay Bay March 24-26, and given the conference theme is Retail in the Age of AI, it'd be great to connect during Meetup.

Hey Leonard,

Your panel on "Reporting, Regulation, Reality" at Hamburg next week caught my attention. Getting 410 suppliers registered for your decarbonization webinar is impressive, but I suspect the hard part is turning that engagement into actual execution on PCF data collection and renewable electricity commitments across hundreds of suppliers.

That's the gap we're solving. Instead of software that still requires your team to do the work, we've built AI Employees that autonomously execute supplier engagement tasks. Natalie handles category strategy and supplier negotiations while Ben manages tactical bidding. They work through your existing channels with full audit trails for CSRD compliance.

We're at Booth B10 on June 24 or 25. Would you stop by for a 20-minute demo? I'll show you what an AI Employee actually looks like managing a supplier decarbonization workflow.

Subject: 1 year building COM + those Bogotá/Hyderabad hires + our product
Hey Gaston,

Congrats on the one-year at Sanofi (saw your Sept 1 post). Building a global Contract Obligations Monitoring capability from scratch while scaling across Bogotá and Hyderabad is no small feat.

The real reason for my outreach however is that as you scale those COM teams, I suspect your specialists spend most of their day on manual obligations extraction, validation reviews, data reconciliations, and chasing legal, finance, and ops to remediate flagged issues. The job posts you shared in June and July listed those exact responsibilities, but at EUR 41B scale with global supplier contracts, that manual work compounds fast and pulls your team away from strategic governance.

That's what our product solves. Our AI employees (Natalie and Ben) function as actual team members who autonomously handle tactical contract monitoring. They connect to your CLM systems and internal data, execute structured validation reviews, flag deviations early, and prepare compliance reports. They work through your existing channels and provide full audit trails with explainable outputs. Your COM specialists then focus on governance and complex remediation instead of manual monitoring tasks.

While you likely have AI-powered obligations tools from those job posts, our product differs in that our AI employees don't just extract data. They autonomously execute validation strategies, handle reconciliations, and drive cross-functional workflows. Your team manages them like teammates, not software.

If you're up for a chat about this next week or the week after, I'd be glad to walk through it.

Hey Melany,

Your work transforming Delicia into a "Brand TOM of the Decade" caught my attention in Revista Summa - that 65% recall rate is no small feat when managing brand expansion across Central America!

The real reason for my outreach, however, is that I suspect managing content creation for multiple brands like Delicia, Pollo Norteño, and Pipasa across different markets creates some unique challenges. Coordinating various local agencies, maintaining brand consistency while adapting to regional preferences, and stretching budgets across multiple campaigns can quickly become overwhelming.

That's exactly what we solve. We connect brands with a global network of 160,000+ creators (including many throughout Latin America) through a dedicated project team that handles everything from creative development to final delivery. Unlike traditional agencies, our platform gives you access to diverse creative talent without the overhead costs or management complexity.

While you may already work with local agencies, our model complements existing relationships by providing specialized content when and where you need it - whether it's for the new chicken product line in Guatemala or rebranding initiatives like Cainsa to Delicia in Nicaragua.

Hey Britta!

Your recent presentation at DISES 2025 in Kenya caught my attention - particularly how you apply that "pracademic" approach to your work. That blend of research rigor with real-world application is surprisingly rare in fundraising circles.

The specific reason for my outreach, however, is about the challenge I imagine you face at AHA. Hey Melissa!

Your article in the Journal of Advancement Analytics about AI disrupting philanthropy caught my attention - particularly your insights on technology's role in donor engagement. As someone who's spent years in the marketing automation space, it's refreshing to see advancement professionals embracing innovation.

The specific reason for my outreach, however, is that I noticed you're leading a 30+ person advancement team while preparing for your next fundraising campaign. Having worked with several university advancement offices, I've seen how challenging it can be to personalize communications at scale while managing both digital and print channels.

With your team hiring for both Print and Digital Leads, I imagine you're feeling the pressure of needing to coordinate consistent messaging across channels while maintaining the personalized touch that drives donor engagement. When advancement teams rely on multiple disconnected systems, valuable donor data gets siloed, making it nearly impossible to create truly personalized experiences.

That's exactly what we solve. Our platform unifies email and SMS marketing with custom data tables specifically designed for advancement teams. Unlike typical marketing platforms, we've helped universities like the University of Louisiana at Lafayette double their alumni engagement through targeted, personalized automated workflows that don't require coding knowledge.

Hey Cassie!

Your CASE Silver Award for the Ask a Wildcat program caught my attention - using AI to connect 138 alumni with students for career advice is genuinely impressive. As someone who's worked with university engagement programs, I know how challenging it is to scale those personal connections while keeping them authentic.

The specific reason for my outreach, however, is about the behind-the-scenes challenges I suspect you're facing. Managing communications across your podcast, career treks, and the Weinberg College Career Summit likely means juggling multiple systems to track who's engaged with what, when to follow up, and how to personalize at scale.

Hello Melissa,

I noticed Brandt Eichman's recent Wolfson Fellowship appointment and the emphasis your ASPIRE program places on opening diverse career pathways for doctoral trainees. That focus on international research collaboration and non-traditional career development really stood out.

The real reason for my outreach however is that as you're supporting epidemiology and health policy doctoral students through their career journeys, I suspect some of your strongest candidates are interested in European research opportunities or cross-continental collaborations, but the immigration pathway complexity often makes those options feel out of reach. When a doctoral student or postdoc wants to work with a European research institution, they're often navigating fragmented visa systems, unclear residency requirements, and the challenge of maintaining their research continuity while sorting immigration on their own.

That's the exact challenge we built the our product to address. We match academics and researchers with Portuguese research institutions across 70+ universities on R&D projects aligned with their expertise in epidemiology, public health, or health policy. Our Portuguese immigration lawyers handle the entire residency application process while participants maintain full IP rights to their research. The pathway leads to Portuguese residency with the right to live and work throughout Europe, opening permanent residency after five years.

While your doctoral students likely already have strong mentorship on traditional academic tracks, this creates a structured pathway for those exploring European health research ecosystems or international collaboration that doesn't require them to pause their career trajectory.

If you're open to a conversation about this sometime over the next few weeks, I'd be glad to walk through how it works.

Hey Cindi!

Came across your LinkedIn post about your 20-year journey at ASU that started with that flight to Arizona back in 2003. Your dedication to authentic storytelling and creating spaces for genuine emotional connections really resonated with me.

The specific reason for my outreach, however, is that I suspect as someone overseeing content and creative for a multi-campus university, you're likely facing the challenge of personalizing communications at scale. With diverse student audiences across your campuses and initiatives like "Golden Conversations," maintaining authentic, personalized messaging while managing the technical aspects of delivery can pull your team away from what they do best - creating those meaningful stories.

The real reason for my outreach however is the Gartner D&A Summit in Orlando next week. When leadership asks “what changed and why” hours before a meeting, it’s tough to trace drivers across SIS, finance, and HR and still meet governance, and public LLMs are a nonstarter.

our product lets IR teams auto‑surface true drivers behind KPI shifts with source‑traced explanations. Analysts spin up agents in minutes for yield, bottlenecks, or budget variance, no metadata, running in your environment with predictable costs.

Open to a quick face to face Mon to Wed onsite with our team? I’ll work around your schedule.

Cheers!

Zoe

P.S. I think we crossed paths at a past Gartner D&A; glad to reconnect next week.

Hey Christian,

Congrats on finishing your Executive MBA with Honours at Quantic - that's a solid accomplishment while running a T2 office. I came across your profile while researching Scottish knowledge exchange leaders and noticed your involvement as an expert in the Practical Licensing course.

The real reason for my outreach, however, is around the Making Waves campaign. With St Andrews raising £300M for innovation and being research-intensive with "pioneers in their field," I suspect you're facing mounting pressure to demonstrate commercial returns from that world-leading research. The challenge most T2 heads face at your stage is deciding which inventions from diverse fields actually warrant patent investment versus which should be marketed differently or returned to inventors - especially when you're evaluating everything from James Webb Space Telescope research to beach sprint performance tech.

What we do is conduct industry interviews before patent decisions to identify real market demand, then create targeted marketing campaigns with specific prospect lists and handle the actual outreach to potential licensees. At NASA, this approach doubled their licensing output while cutting patent filings in half. At Michigan State, we helped license 220 technologies and eliminate a 700-invention backlog.

While you likely have solid internal processes given your IP expertise, where we differ is that we bring the industry connections and do the heavy lifting of prospecting - essentially extending your team without adding headcount during a growth phase.

Would you be open to a conversation about this sometime in the next few weeks?

Cheers,

Mitch

P.S. - Your Global Alliance Africa engagement caught my attention. We've worked with several universities on international tech transfer strategies if that's ever relevant.

Quick thought since connecting: the hard part of WCM at multi-site scale isn't the toolkits, it's proving each DMAIC project actually moved the metric it promised. With Saint-Gobain India growing from 82 plants toward 100, that visibility usually lives in scattered decks. Curious how you handle it.

Subject: Scope 3 roundtable + supplier data question + our product
Hey Maggie,

I came across your Sustainable Industry LIVE roundtable on Scope 3 emissions in purchased goods and services. Given how much you've been presenting on this (BASF event too), I'm guessing the supplier data collection process hasn't gotten any easier since then.

The real reason for reaching out, however, is that I suspect a big chunk of your time gets eaten up chasing supplier emissions data, verifying it, and trying to make it usable for reporting and strategy decisions. And with your focus on responsible sourcing and supplier diversity at Smith+Nephew, that's time you'd probably rather spend on things like expanding your circular economy thinking beyond Hull's Library of Stuff or advancing supplier diversity programs.

I'm heading to World Procurement Congress in London May 20-21 with our team, including Jason Busch (Co-Founder of our product and founder of Spend Matters) and our CEO Michael Gabay. We've been working with procurement leaders on how their teams are using AI to handle the tactical supplier engagement and data work so they can focus on the strategic side you clearly care about.

Would 15-20 minutes at the Congress work for a conversation? If you're not attending, happy to find time the week of May 30th instead.

Cheers,

Jon

P.S. Your volunteer work at the Library of Stuff caught my attention. That collaborative consumption model is exactly the kind of systems thinking procurement needs more of.

Hey Cedric,

Saw you'll be at DPW next week. Your post about moving AI from experimentation to real business impact in your roadmap caught my attention, especially given Opella's scale across those 13 manufacturing sites.

The real reason for my outreach however is that our CEO is on the Discovery Stage day 1 with Eyal Nevo, CPO of Tempo Beverages, talking through what it actually looks like to run AI employees in production. Not a vendor demo, just a practitioner conversation.

We build AI employees that do procurement work end to end, the kind of tactical execution that keeps your teams from the strategic work you're trying to focus on.

If you're up for a quick conversation on Sept 30 or Oct 1, I'd be glad to find a slot. Otherwise, we're at Booth 29 both days.

Hey Vanina,

Congrats on completing the WBCSD Leadership Program last year with Yale and IMD. That's no small feat, and your shift from citrus procurement to leading supplier sustainability performance shows you understand both the commercial and ethical sides of the equation in a way most don't.

The real reason for my outreach, however, is that I imagine your team spends an enormous amount of time chasing down supplier sustainability data, validating performance metrics, and tracking Scope 3 progress across what must be thousands of suppliers globally. Given your work with UEBT partnerships, the Supplier Climate Award program, and field visits like your trip to Dingdingul to visit the jasmine farmers, my guess is you'd rather focus on those strategic relationships than drown in spreadsheets and manual data collection.

That's the exact challenge our co-founder Jason Busch (who founded Spend Matters) has been exploring with procurement leaders. We'll be at World Procurement Congress in London on May 20-21, and I'd love to grab 15-20 minutes with you there if you're attending. If London doesn't work, happy to find time the week of May 30th instead.

Subject: Gemini revelation + Gartner Orlando this week + our product
Hey Antonio,

Your post about Gemini being a revelation really resonated. The shift from writing code to orchestrating intelligence is exactly where enterprise AI needs to go, and you nailed it.

The real reason for my outreach, however, is that I suspect as you're building out Sylvamo's data and analytics infrastructure from the ground up and hiring that BI Solution Architect, you're running into a familiar challenge. You need business users across sales, supply chain, and operations to actually use AI and analytics, but most platforms still require them to understand prompts, agent frameworks, or depend heavily on your technical team. When you're building the function and the team simultaneously, that dependency becomes a bottleneck.

That's the specific problem our product solves. Business users select from 100+ templates, answer a few business questions, and our product builds the agent for them in minutes. No prompt engineering. It works on top of your Microsoft Fabric and Power BI stack, runs in your private cloud, and uses deterministic approaches for calculations so you're not dealing with hallucination risks in a regulated manufacturing environment. When business users give feedback in plain language, our product auto-adjusts the agent, so it gets better without needing your architects to rebuild prompts.

I know you're at the Gartner Data & Analytics Summit in Orlando this week. We've connected at previous Gartner events, and I'd love to grab 20 minutes while you're onsite to walk through how CVS Health and others are using this to scale AI adoption without scaling headcount.

Would tomorrow or Wednesday work on your end?

Hey Scott,

Your Costa Rica ribbon-cutting and VBP-in-China posts popped up. Scaling onboarding while price pressure bites is a tightrope.

The real reason for my outreach however is that when BD/marketing ramp, AR follow-ups and support queues swell; most teams review a sliver of calls, so cash leaks and compliance risk go unseen.

Our future-ready CX and collections strategy blends experienced collectors with AI, without disrupting what works: real-time prompts for agents, analytics on every interaction with audit-ready records, and dedicated nearshore teams you can co-manage. Subject: Thirst audiobook narration + corporate partnership scaling + Myuser
Hey Scott,

I listened to the audiobook version of Thirst last month and realized you personally narrated it. That level of hands-on commitment to storytelling really comes through, especially knowing you also give all proceeds directly back to the mission.

The real reason for my outreach, however, is about scaling your corporate partnership pipeline. With partnerships like Kalahari hitting 10M+ donated, United Airlines funding India projects, Cboe raising 221K through futures trading, and PDS Health bringing in 1.95M in two months, I'm guessing your team spends considerable hours researching potential corporate partners, crafting personalized outreach for each company's CSR team, and managing follow-ups before you even get to the conversation about impact.

That research and outreach process is exactly what we've automated. Our AI spends 20 minutes researching each prospect by reading their full LinkedIn history and company background, then sends emails as personalized as if your partnerships team wrote them individually. It handles responses and books meetings automatically. We work with organizations that white label this for their clients at $1.4 per prospect researched and contacted, or lower based on volume.

Given how you've innovated with WaterProof (tracking donations like packages) and the Experience Lab, this might fit your approach to scaling partnership development without adding headcount to The Well's 140-person operational budget.

Would next week work to explore how this could support your partnerships team?

Cheers,

Jon

Hey Mark!

Noticed your recent travels to Boston and Charlotte connecting with Wake Forest alumni about the university's third century planning. Your commitment to the "Pro Humanitate" mission really comes through in how you engage with the Wake Forest community.

The specific reason for my outreach, however, is that I suspect coordinating personalized communications across your diverse alumni networks presents some challenges. With multiple regional events and the recent "Deacs Day of Giving" campaign, keeping alumni engagement data unified while creating personalized outreach at scale can become overwhelming.

That's exactly what we help with. Our platform enables advancement teams to create sophisticated, personalized email and SMS campaigns without needing technical expertise. Unlike typical marketing platforms, we provide custom data tables that universities like Quinnipiac have used to support 30+ departments in sending relevant communications to alumni.

While you may already have a communication system in place, our approach is different in that we combine both email and SMS capabilities with advanced personalization that's proven to double engagement rates for organizations like the Indianapolis Zoo and their member communications.

Would you be open to a conversation about this in the next couple of weeks?
